What You’ll Be Doing (It’s Non-Stop—in a Good Way):
- Handling a high volume of customer enquiries by phone and email—professionally and efficiently
- Processing customer orders accurately and fast—speed and precision are everything
- Preparing and sending quotes—attention to detail is a must
- Using our CRM to track quotes, follow up, and stay on top of it all
- Managing returns and ensuring smooth resolutions
- Creating pro forma invoices and managing admin tasks that keep everything flowing
- Working directly with customers and internal teams to keep operations running like clockwork

- Experience in a fast-paced admin, customer service, or operations role—ideally in a similar high-volume setting
