That’s why we need a Customer & Operations Support Administrator who’s sharp, switched on, and ready to keep pace with our high-energy environment. This isn’t your typical admin job. What You’ll Be Doing (It’s Non-Stop—in a Good Way):

  • Handling a high volume of customer enquiries by phone and email—professionally and efficiently
  • Processing customer orders accurately and fast—speed and precision are everything
  • Preparing and sending quotes—attention to detail is a must
  • Using our CRM to track quotes, follow up, and stay on top of it all
  • Managing returns and ensuring smooth resolutions
  • Creating pro forma invoices and managing admin tasks that keep everything flowing
  • Working directly with customers and internal teams to keep operations running like clockwork

  • Super-fast and organised—this is a fast-paced role where you’ve got to stay one step ahead
  • A confident communicator—clear, professional, and friendly, whether it’s a call or email
  • Good with numbers—you’ll be handling quotes, prices, and orders with accuracy
  • Tech-savvy—fluent with PCs, Excel, Gmail, and internal systems
  • Adaptable and resilient—can multitask and shift gears quickly without breaking a sweat
  • Experience in a fast-paced admin, customer service, or operations role—ideally in a similar high-volume setting
