Deputy Service Manager – Norris Green, Liverpool.

Salary: £29,991.00 per annum.

Employment type: Permanent & Full-time.

Hours per week: 37.5.

Location: Norris Green, Liverpool.

Shifts: Monday – Sunday, including early/late or double shifts; 8:00am – 3:30pm, 2:30pm – 10:00pm or 8:00am – 10:00pm. On-call will be covered by the Senior Management Team on a rota basis.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of colleagues to help people gain more independence in daily life.
  • Develop and implement person-centred support plans; conduct care needs assessments.
  • Recruit and induct new colleagues; complete supervisions/appraisals.
  • Complete medication competencies and medication audits.
  • Attend multi-disciplinary meetings; complete reports; assist the Registered Manager with day-to-day service management.
  • Participate in the on-call rota (subject to service needs).
  • Lead efforts to enhance quality of life for people we support within the ABI Adult Residential Service (Walker Lodge).
Qualifications & Experience
  • Previous experience in a care management role.
  • Level 3 in Health & Social Care.
  • Experience working with individuals with an acquired brain injury (ABI).
