We're looking for an enthusiastic Internal Communications Executive to join our dynamic team and help us connect, inspire and inform colleagues across our organisation. Supporting over 3,500 individuals with learning disabilities, our teams rely on strong internal communications to deliver great care - and that's where you come in.
What You'll Be Doing
- Creating engaging stories and content for our award-winning internal channels, including magazines, intranet, social platforms, audio, video and blogs.
- Working closely with the Digital Communications Manager to support the day-to-day running of our intranet, ensuring great governance, usability and fresh, relevant content.
- Helping deliver internal events such as open days, awards and conferences.
- Supporting campaigns and initiatives that drive employee engagement and demonstrate real value.
- Managing and triaging the central communications mailbox.
- Coordinating our charity partnership and contributing to regular reporting on communication performance.
What We're Looking For
- A communications-related degree (or equivalent experience).
- Strong writing skills with the ability to produce high-quality content for different audiences and formats.
- Excellent attention to detail and proofreading ability.
- A proactive team player with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Confident IT skills; experience with Adobe Creative Suite or editing tools is a bonus.
- Comfortable working with a hybrid model and occasionally outside normal business hours.
