Responsibilities:

  • Lead the DCA Office in Lichfield, managing a team of Field Support Supervisors and day‑to‑day service operations.
  • Develop and implement person‑centred support plans, conduct care needs assessments, recruit and induct new colleagues, complete supervisions/appraisals, medication competencies and audits, attend multi‑disciplinary meetings, provide quarterly audits and reports, manage the service P&L alongside the Registered Manager, and ensure compliance with regulatory, legislative, internal and contractual requirements.
  • In the absence of the Registered Manager, oversee the day‑to‑day running of the DCA.
  • Participate in the on‑call rota as required.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a care management role.
  • Willingness to hold or study for a Level 5 in Health & Social Care.
  • Experience working with individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, complex mental health needs, traumatic backgrounds and challenging behaviours.
