The predicted salary is between 13 - 16 £ per hour.

Team Leaders with a passion for enhancing the quality of life of the people we support are at the heart of our management teams. We are currently searching for a fantastic Team Leader to join us in leading our supported living service centre in Bournemouth. This service is a welcoming and friendly environment with a dynamic team that supports a fantastic group of people!

As a Team Leader with us you will be helping people to gain more independence in their daily lives, whilst assisting the Manager with the day-to-day supervision and management of the service. You may be allocating shifts, booking training, inducting new colleagues, conducting supervision and appraisals, developing and updating care plans, ordering medication, ensuring people we support manage their finances, and handling day-to-day service management in the manager’s absence.

This is an amazing role for someone who is looking to really make a difference to the lives of others, whether that’s helping our colleagues grow in confidence or the people we support gain independence so that they meet their goals.

Qualifications & Requirements

We are looking for a Team Leader who has:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • A Level 3 in Health & Social Care
  • Experience working with individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, complex mental health needs, traumatic backgrounds and challenging behaviours
