As a Senior FX Sales Manager at DC Exchange, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the acquisition and onboarding of new corporate clients with foreign exchange and international payment requirements. This is a business development‑focused role centred on identifying opportunities, generating new business, and building long‑term relationships with corporate clients. You will engage with key decision‑makers, understand their international payment and currency requirements, and introduce them to the solutions available through DC Exchange.

Once clients have been onboarded, you will work closely with our dealing team to ensure a smooth handover, allowing dealers to manage ongoing trading activity and execution. Your primary focus will be on prospecting, client acquisition, relationship development, and creating a consistent pipeline of new business opportunities.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in FX sales or international payments, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to open doors, build credibility with senior stakeholders, and consistently exceed new business targets.
