Company Description:
Direct Bullion is independently rated as the UK’s No.1 bullion dealer, specialising in LBMA-accredited gold coins and bars. The company delivers a high-quality, personalised, seamless purchasing experience for clients across the UK. Over the past decade, Direct Bullion has fulfilled tens of thousands of orders, worth hundreds of millions of pounds, for a broad base of satisfied customers. Direct Bullion treats gold as a store of value rather than an investment product, and the company does not provide investment or tax advice. Applicants can expect a professional environment that emphasises integrity, client education, and transparent communication around market risks and pricing.

The role also involves building long-term client relationships, clearly explaining product features and market dynamics, and ensuring compliance with company policies on non-advisory sales. Collaboration with operations and customer support teams to ensure timely delivery and an excellent client experience is a key part of this position.
