Dirac Trading Group is hiring a hands-on Warehouse Manager to take ownership of daily operations at our Acton warehouse. This is a practical, on-site leadership role for someone who can keep outbound orders moving, lead a mixed warehouse team, and maintain high standards around accuracy, safety, pace and accountability.
What you will own:
- Lead the warehouse team day to day, setting priorities and holding people accountable.
- Plan rotas across full-time, zero-hour and agency workers, flexing labour to match demand.
- Own outbound fulfilment so orders are packed, checked, booked and dispatched accurately and on time.
- Book UK outbound shipments and resolve courier or collection issues quickly and practically.
- Maintain a clean, safe, organised and secure warehouse, with clear standards for stock handling and working areas.
