DiPOLE Systems is developing advanced laser systems for real-world deployment across defence, energy and industry. Having recently closed our seed round, we are now scaling from technical demonstration into active programme delivery. We are hiring a Founder’s Associate to work directly with the CEO and founders on the company’s highest-priority execution challenges. This is a high-trust generalist role for someone who can bring structure to ambiguity and turn decisions into action across the business.
What you’ll do:
- Drive cross-functional projects across engineering, commercial and operations
- Turn Board, investor and leadership decisions into owned workstreams
- Support major partnerships, contracts and government-backed programmes
- Turn technical, commercial and regulatory detail into clear recommendations
- Own ambiguous problems where there is no obvious existing owner
What we’re looking for:
- Strong generalist problem-solving ability, judgement and execution
- Comfort with ambiguity and incomplete information
- Clear communication with senior technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Track record of ownership and delivery
