At DipHex, we’re on a mission to transform chemical first aid. Every day, we work with organisations across industry and healthcare to make workplaces safer and protect people from the risks of chemical exposure. Our purpose is simple but powerful: to improve outcomes in chemical decontamination and help people when it matters most. It’s what we call ‘Safety through Science’.
We’re growing fast and looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) who shares our drive, energy, and ambition to make an impact.
What you’ll be doing
- Start conversations that count – 95% of your time will be spent making outbound calls to prospective clients, introduce DipHex, qualify interest, and book meetings for our Business Development Managers.
- Help us organise – coordinate diaries, schedule appointments, and keep calendars running smoothly so the team can stay laser-focused.
- Keep us connected – maintain accurate CRM records, track client interactions, and make sure every next step is clear.
- Own the data that drives decisions – work with the National Business Development Manager to update sales trackers and prepare reports for reviews and strategy meetings.
- Support collaboration across the business – ensure follow-ups, handovers, and communications flow seamlessly between teams.
What we’re looking for
- Must have experience in lead generation or sales outreach – you know how to engage prospects and aren’t afraid of picking up the phone. Preference will be given to those from a prior BDR/SDR role.
- Confident communicator – strong written and verbal skills that build trust and open doors.
- A natural organiser with great attention to detail – you thrive in keeping things on track.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & Outlook); Dynamics 365 SalesCRM experience is a bonus.
- A team player who’s driven to support others and share in success.
- Ability to juggle priorities in a fast-paced, ambitious environment.
What’s in it for you
- £7,500 realistic OTE – with uncapped commission, so your earnings grow the more you deliver
- Eligible for up to 20% annual bonus linked to your performance and impact
- 3% employer / 5% employee contributory pension (based on qualified earnings)
- Real opportunities for career progression and professional development
- A supportive, collaborative team environment where your success is celebrated
If you want to be part of a purpose-driven business that’s improving workplace safety across the UK and you’re excited by the idea of making things happen – we’d love for you to apply.
