PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

Assist the PR Team with the day to day running of the PR Department.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the team in achieving the department’s key objectives across Fragrance and Special Projects.
  • Support the PR Team in the organisation of all press and influencer launches.
  • Assist PR team with the booking of travel and compilation of itineraries for all press and influencer trips.
  • Be a key point of contact for journalists’ requests.
  • Handle, fulfil and log all press and influencer enquiries quickly and efficiently.
  • Daily review and reporting of media coverage (magazines, newspapers, online, blogs & social media platforms) for coverage and articles of interest.
  • Ensure prompt and timely send out of all new launches to the appropriate audience – working with warehouse teams and packing seedings in-house.
  • Manage and update the media and influencer contact databases on a regular basis.
  • Manage all print and online press coverage in terms of collation, tagging on launch metrics platform, presenting and distributing internally and to the International Team in an appropriate and timely manner.
  • Become proficient in the Traackr platform, regularly monitoring our brand and competitor activity and creating campaigns around influencer activations and events.
  • Manage product cupboard stock and efficiently order stock for new launches and send-outs.
  • Help compile internal reports and competitor analysis.
  • Day-to-day administrative duties including using SAP to raise purchase orders and updating the budget tracker.
  • Ensuring all assets for upcoming launches are saved on the server.
  • Communicate with all team members to ensure thorough understanding of assigned tasks and deadlines.

  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise projects on a day-to-day basis.
