POSITION: Education Operations Intern
DEPARTMENT: Retail Education

REPORTS TO: Education Operations Manager
Work in collaboration with the Education Operations Manager to facilitate the daily function of Training Operations including the planning & implementation of training programs, launching new uniforms, onboarding new starters as well as the annual Dior Ambassador UK Conference.
Main Responsibilities:
- Training Events Support
- Accurately prepare, manage & advance the master scheduling process of Dior Ambassadors for training events & courses throughout the year.
- Research and implement new and improved training invitation & feedback formats.
- Source training materials, caterers and venues for training courses hosted both internally and externally.
- Bring new ideas to provide an engaging & enjoyable experience for attendees.
- Building the Dior Ambassador community through shared learning experiences that they won’t forget.
- Play an active role during all trainings. Setting up, hosting, packing down. Organising the delivery and collection of training collateral.
- Prepare post-training summaries on Excel & PowerPoint, showcasing the value of training to the wider business through improved retail results and motivation.
- Continuously updating the Dior Ambassador database to ensure accurate training records at all times.
- Manage the onboarding report, tracking all new starters ensuring they are welcomed into the house of Dior via the onboarding process of virtual calls and store visits before they are ready to attend Dior Integration.
- Dior Integration training: Manage the yearly schedule and implementing of all integration sessions for the year, integrating roughly 120 ambassadors a year. Ensuring all new starters attend integration training in head office the year they join.
- Manage onsite catering logistics & relationships with external suppliers (hotel partner, surprise & delight experience & dinner).
- Raise Purchase Orders (POs) within the correct month; facilitate the timely release & receipt of POs within Finance’s deadlines.
- Manage the monthly reconciliation of the department trackers to account for new starters/leavers & enter training records for specific courses.
- Work with Regional Training Managers to provide the reports they need to manage their teams of specialists in store as well as any other data they require.
- Reporting: Pre and post training sales reports. Cost, attendance and analysis after each training course.
- Coordinate use of internal training facilities with LVMH Brands.
- Daily support of uniform function, liaison with Customer Services & facilitate the ongoing communication with Retail Team on current uniform status & procedures.
- Provide accurate analysis when required for forecasting purposes.
- Action ad-hoc tasks & new processes when required to launch new season uniforms.
- Placing manual orders for the teams and sharing the weekly uniform stock list with the field team.
- Take a lead role in managing our internal training app MyDior. Implementing new ways to engage with the teams and encourage them to use the app. Posting communications, videos, brand news, launching training modules.
- Extracting training results and following up with the teams, ensuring the teams are surpassing their KPI’s.
Profile
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint). Competent & confident in the daily use of excel; the knowledge of basic formulas & functions (VLOOKUP’s, data sorting, auto filters etc.) is important.
