The predicted salary is between 50000 - 65000 ÂŁ per year.
This role offers flexibility to work remotely from your own home, or as a hybrid arrangement and work from our offices in Oxford or Glasgow, if preferred. There is also a requirement for flexibility from employees to visit client sites across the UK as part of this role.

What You'll Do
- Oversee a portfolio of complex client's engagements end to end, balancing handsâon delivery with broader commercial and organisational leadership.
- Act as the central point of contact for your portfolio of clients, building trusted partnerships, navigating stakeholder environments, and aligning delivery with strategic and commercial goals.
- Direct project scheduling, resource allocation, and prioritisation to maximise utilisation of consultants, ensuring efficient use of consultant's expertise and drive highâvalue outcomes.
- Proactively identify delivery risks and commercial pressures, escalating strategically and implementing solutions that protect timelines, client satisfaction and performance.
- Manage project risks, issues, and changes, and take corrective actions as necessary to ensure project success.
- Collaborate closely with Dionach teams to enhance crossâfunctional alignment, improve service quality and optimise delivery processes.
- Ensure all reporting, documentation, and client communication is accurate, timely, and aligned with contractual requirements and SLAs.
- Lead continuous improvement, identifying operational inefficiencies, developing process enhancements, and contributing to departmental operational and strategic planning.
- Champion a culture of commercial awareness, accountability, and clientâcentric focus across the team.
- Apply advanced project management expertise to design and implement robust scalable frameworks, processes and governance that strengthen delivery standards across the department.
What We're Looking For
- Significant experience as a project manager, ideally within a technical or consultancy environment in IT cyber security or information security.
- Proven success working with complex, highâgovernance clients, including leading on and navigating formal frameworks, compliance requirements, and multifaceted stakeholder environments.
- Possession of recognised project management accreditation, such as PRINCE2, with the ability to apply structured methodologies in complex delivery environments.
- A forwardâthinking mindset with the ability to influence and shape departmental development.
- With a commitment to quality, continuous improvement, and operational efficiency.
- Demonstrated strength in organisation, time management, and prioritising tasks, particularly within fastâpaced or multiâproject settings.
- Confident in making independent, sound decisions and resolving problems, with the ability to navigate challenging situations calmly and constructively.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Eligible for UK Security Clearance & NPPV3.
