- Perform daily maintenance, inspections, and troubleshooting for ion implantation equipment.
- Handle SPC-related abnormality investigations and corrective actions.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow daily monitoring and autonomous management practices; promptly identify, report, and resolve product SPC excursions, defects, and equipment abnormalities.
- Collaborate with Production and Process Engineers to balance production requirements, equipment troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance activities, maximizing tool utilization and productivity.
- Perform equipment troubleshooting and drive capacity improvement initiatives.
- Evaluate new equipment, materials, and tool modifications to improve efficiency, product quality, and manufacturing cost performance.
- Work in a cleanroom environment and support shift/on-call duties and overtime as required.
- Carry out other assignments as directed by management.
Qualifications
- Semiconductor industry experience is preferred.
