  • Perform daily maintenance, inspections, and troubleshooting for ion implantation equipment.
  • Handle SPC-related abnormality investigations and corrective actions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Follow daily monitoring and autonomous management practices; promptly identify, report, and resolve product SPC excursions, defects, and equipment abnormalities.
  • Collaborate with Production and Process Engineers to balance production requirements, equipment troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance activities, maximizing tool utilization and productivity.
  • Perform equipment troubleshooting and drive capacity improvement initiatives.
  • Evaluate new equipment, materials, and tool modifications to improve efficiency, product quality, and manufacturing cost performance.
  • Work in a cleanroom environment and support shift/on-call duties and overtime as required.
  • Carry out other assignments as directed by management.

Qualifications

  • Semiconductor industry experience is preferred.
