The Diocese of Worcester invites an experienced safeguarding professional to join the Safeguarding Directorate. This role provides high-quality safeguarding support to Worcester Cathedral and the wider Diocese, delivering positive outcomes for children, young people and adults at risk.
You will lead preventative safeguarding work, advise leaders, train teams, respond compassionately to victims, and help embed healthy safeguarding cultures across the Diocese.
