Diocese of Worcester is seeking a Leadership Development Officer to accompany, equip, and develop confident, missional leaders for a changing church.
The role enables clergy and lay ministers to be the best they can be and helps raise up the next generation of leaders.
Based in the Mission and Ministry Team, the postholder will oversee leadership formation, design IME2/IME3 training, and shape a coherent training menu for clergy and key lay leaders, including MDR enhancements.
