You will support the Communications Office in its mission to help people experience Christ’s love through his Church. We’re looking for a creative storyteller who cares deeply about the Gospel and can turn that passion into compelling content.

About the Role

As Content and Digital Officer, you will play a key role in producing high‑quality multimedia content that reflects the values, people and mission of the Diocese. Your key responsibilities will be to:

  • Support digital publishing, scheduling and community engagement across diocesan channels.
  • Assist with both studio and location‑based shoots, including events and parish visits.
  • Help maintain our digital asset library and media archive.
  • Update the diocesan website and assist in the production of the weekly e-newsletter.
  • Keep abreast of trends in digital storytelling, content design and social platforms.

Please note, this is a fast‑paced environment with a demanding workload. You will be part of a team that is expected to turn high-quality content around quickly, often under pressure. Due to the nature of the Church, evening and weekend work is a frequent and essential part of the role (filming Masses and diocesan events). Time off in lieu is provided.

  • Experience in a faith‑based, non‑profit or charitable setting.
  • Understanding of the Catholic Church and its mission.
