Are you an IT-literate recent graduate or college leaver looking to take your first steps into the world of work? Or perhaps you are an experienced IT administrator looking for some contract work?
We are currently seeking to bring on board a Data Integrity Analyst to work alongside our Data Analyst on a project to ensure our data systems are up to date and that the data held is accurate and fit for purpose.
The main objective of the role is to understand our CMS (Contact Management System), coordinate a data cleansing exercise in conjunction with various internal stakeholders and establish clear ‘ownership’ of tasks to ensure data is accurate and kept up to date going forward. Our goal is to promote CMS internally as the one ‘true source of information’ relating to our people, document what each team uses it for and facilitate its integration with other key internal systems used by our Safeguarding, HR and Ministry & Mission Teams.
To that end, we are looking for a someone with excellent IT skills, confidence and knowledge to take ownership of aspects of this piece of work. You’ll need to have good interpersonal and organisational skills as you will be engaging with a lot of individuals and teams to get the information you need. You will also be working with a lot of confidential information so discretion and awareness of GDPR principles is also essential. The role will also involve a fair amount of data input and validation so the ability to remain focused and accurate while completing more routine tasks is also key.
We’d love to hear from you if you feel this is an opportunity you may be interested in!
