The Diocese of St Edmundsbury and Ipswich is seeking a Historic Church Building Support Officer to help parishes care for and maintain their historic listed churches. This full-time role (35 hours per week) is based in Ipswich with travel across the diocese and requires a relevant degree and knowledge of church architecture.
You will work with PCC officers and Church Wardens, monitor the Heritage at Risk Register, manage conservation projects, and ensure safeguarding and DBS checks are completed.
