Job DescriptionNow Hiring:The Diocese of St Albans is seeking a Property and Trusts Advisor to join its Property Team, taking responsibility for legal, property and trust matters across the Diocese's portfolio, including property transactions, trusts management and the provision of expert advice to clergy, trustees and professional advisers.\ N \nAs the successful candidate you will be a qualified property professional, you might be an English law qualified solicitor, chartered surveyor or legal executive, with experience of negotiating development agreements conditional upon planning permission and handling general conveyancing matters. You will have either an understanding of or an interest in learning about ecclesiastical or charity law. You will need strong organisational, administrative and IT skills, and the ability to manage a substantial portfolio of property and trusts.
