SNMAT is seeking a Trust Safeguarding Lead to oversee safeguarding across 24 academies and collaborate with the CEO, Executive Team, and academy leaders.
You will ensure compliance with statutory safeguarding requirements and promote high-quality, coordinated support for vulnerable pupils.
You will use data, audit outcomes and professional judgement to identify risk, drive improvements and shape safeguarding culture across the Trustβs schools.
