Are you experienced in high level administration? Have you worked as a personal assistant/secretary in a team environment? Are you a motivated individual able to work on your own initiative? The Diocese of Sheffield is an exciting place to be as we seek to realise our Vision. Our Archdeacons, who have a wide and interesting role to play in bringing about the Vision, are seeking a Personal Assistant/Secretary to be an important part in supporting their work. As part of a team this role will work collaboratively to ensure the provision of effective and personable administrative and diary management services. Responsibilities include dealing with incoming enquiries, letter and report writing, supporting recruitment processes, helping to run the Archdeacons office and generally helping to create a positive and well-run environment. Part time, 24 hours per week (Working Pattern Flexible) Salary £28,077 FTE (£19, 252.70 per annum part-time) 10% employer contribution to pension Generous holiday entitlement Based at Diocesan Church House in Rotherham, with some hybrid working from home Further information and an application form can be found on our website.
