A wonderful opportunity has arisen within our multi‑academy trust governance team, to provide outstanding administrative support to local governing committees in the Diocese of Salisbury Academy Trust. The role(s) require around 8–14 hours per week (term time only). There will be some early evening work (attending meetings in schools half termly), the hours are hybrid and flexible (to be agreed). Training will be provided, so if you are organised, efficient, patient, and enthusiastic about achieving the best for children, we would love to hear from you.
We are looking for a high‑quality candidate who can:
- Represent the Diocese of Salisbury Academy Trust.
- Provide high level governance administrative support to the school.
- Offer an exemplary clerking service.
- Manage communication and relationships across a multi‑academy trust, being highly professional and personable face‑to‑face, on the phone and in written communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to and support the overall aims and ethos of the Academy Trust, in particular priority 3, ‘build effective governance at every level’.
- Deal with highly confidential and sensitive issues.
