HR Administrator

St Boniface House near Ashburton, Devon

Hours:
35 hours per week, permanent, full-time position

Salary:
£26,413 per annum and contributory auto-enrolment pension scheme

About the Role

We are recruiting a Human Resources Administrator reporting to the Human Resources Manager. You will provide efficient, accurate and timely administrative support across all areas of the employee lifecycle, acting as a first point of contact for HR related queries.

Working as part of the busy HR team the post holder will maintain accurate employee records, process HR documentation and support the co-ordination of recruitment, onboarding, learning and development and other HR initiatives.

In addition, the role will contribute to ensuring compliance with employment legislation, internal policies and data protection requirements, helping to deliver smooth and effective HR processes that support the Mission of the Diocese.

• Knowledge and professional experience of using GDPR.
• Experience of working with confidential information.
• High levels of integrity, confidentiality and autonomy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience of providing guidance to stakeholders and line mangers.
• Experience of dealing with high levels of staff /customer queries.
• Proven IT skills including good knowledge and practice of the use of Microsoft Office products, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Teams
• Experience of using social media /websites in a professional capacity.
• Excellent organisational skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Online Diary Management
