Part of the Diocese of Norwich St Benet’s MAT. Salary: Scale B2, £4,130 actual per annum. Fixed term until 17 July 2026 (possibility of extension). Part time: 7.5 hours per week. Term time only. Required ASAP.

We are looking to appoint a Midday Supervisory Assistant to start as soon as possible after all checks have been carried out. Our aim is to ensure a happy lunchtime for all by promoting positive play and supporting children during lunch periods.
Responsibilities:- Set out/put away tables and chairs and supervise children in the dinner hall, the playground, and on the field.
- Promote positive play and listen to children read at the end of lunchtime.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times.
- Promote positive behaviour and independence.
- Has a positive attitude, works well in a team, and is committed to the role.
- Has experience working with children.
- Has a kind and consistent approach when supporting children to do their best.
- Uses positive behaviour strategies and will follow the school behaviour policy.
- Hardworking and able to work with initiative.
