We are seeking to appoint a committed and efficient Administration Assistant to join our friendly team at Hopton Church of England Primary Academy, a vibrant village school at the heart of our local community.
Responsibilities:
- Providing general administrative support to the academy.
- Processing orders.
- Supporting budget monitoring and reconciliation.
- Liaising with suppliers and the Trust finance team.
- Ensuring effective management of the school’s administrative, financial, technical and clerical support services to support management and teachers.
Qualifications:
- Experience in finance or school administration.
- Highly organised, accurate and able to prioritise workload.
- Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Effective communication with staff, parents and external partners.
- Works with integrity and maintains confidentiality.
- Enthusiastic about contributing to the life of a busy primary school.
Working Hours: Monday – Friday 08:30 – 16:00 with a ½ hour unpaid lunch. Term Time plus 2 weeks.
Salary and Employment: Permanent, Part Time, 35 hours per week, Salary – Scale E, Pay Points 7-11, £21,937 - £23,382 actual pa (£26,403 - £28,142 FTE). Required ASAP.
