Overview for the Hope Federation (Rudham and Brisley Church of England Primary Academies) – part of the Diocese of Norwich Education and Academies Trust. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead two schools as Executive Headteacher within a values-led Trust. The post is available upon the retirement of the current Headteacher. The Trust supports senior leaders and provides access to a central team that supports small schools.

Responsibilities

  • Lead two Church of England primary schools within the Hope Federation as Executive Headteacher.
  • Continue to build on the federation’s current success while championing its Christian values.
  • Work with the central Trust team and regional lead to plan and deliver school improvement and development.
  • Promote collaboration between the two schools to maximise opportunities for staff and pupils.
  • Lead and influence the leadership team to maintain and improve school performance and outcomes.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Demonstrable track record of improving schools within a Senior Leadership role.
  • Experience in executive leadership within a Trust or multi-site setting is desirable.
  • Ability to lead within a values-driven, Christian-hospital approach while welcoming all faiths and none.

Contract and Benefits

  • Salary – L12-18 (£67,898 - £78,702 per annum)
  • Permanent
  • Full time
  • Required for 1 September 2026
