About This Role
St Oswald’s CofE Academy is looking for a resourceful and highly effective Unqualified teacher to join our wonderful school. We are an Ofsted‑rated ‘Good’ school in all areas. You will be joining a dedicated, supportive and committed staff team in an academy where achieving the very best for all of our children is at the heart of everything we do.
Responsibilities
- Deliver cover lessons during the short‑term absence of the class teacher under the guidance of teaching/senior staff.
- Manage pupil behaviour and assist pupils in relevant activities in line with the school’s policies and procedures.
- Facilitate learning by assessing pupils’ progress throughout the lesson.
