The role requires leadership across safeguarding, pastoral care and school improvement initiatives, with responsibility for policy implementation, staff line management and day-to-day administration.
The post holder will deputise for the Headteacher when required, drive inclusion, attendance and pupil progress, and work with the Governing Board to raise standards across the school.
