Southam St James CofE Academy is seeking a Deputy Headteacher & SENDCo on a secondment for up to 12 months, starting from October half term. You will work with the Headteacher to provide strategic leadership, drive school improvement and uphold the Christian vision and values of the school and the Diocese MAT.
You will lead inclusion and SEND provision, develop EHCPs and targeted interventions, monitor pupil outcomes, lead staff training, and ensure safeguarding and collaborative work.
