Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

  • Having a key role in leading teaching and learning across the school.
  • Contributing to strategic school improvement as a member of the Senior Leadership Team.
  • Line managing staff, ensuring consistency and quality of practice.
  • Lead designated whole‑school priorities including disadvantaged pupils.
  • Lead on assessment and standards.
  • Maintain a 0.4fte teaching commitment.
