Your Key Responsibilities Will Include
- Having a key role in leading teaching and learning across the school.
- Contributing to strategic school improvement as a member of the Senior Leadership Team.
- Line managing staff, ensuring consistency and quality of practice.
- Lead designated whole‑school priorities including disadvantaged pupils.
- Lead on assessment and standards.
- Maintain a 0.4fte teaching commitment.
