- Lead English across the school, driving high standards in reading, writing and spoken language.
- Take responsibility for teaching, learning and standards across Early Years and Key Stage 1, ensuring consistency, excellence and ambition in provision and outcomes.
- Play a pivotal role in enhancing the implementation of our Teaching and Learning Toolkit, which is central to our approach to pedagogy and professional development.
- Support staff to become high-quality practitioners, through coaching, modelling and collaborative development.
