You will coordinate maintenance, minor repairs, cleaning, security and site presentation, complete and record statutory and routine checks, supervise contractors and site or cleaning staff where applicable, and respond promptly to issues while contributing to longer-term improvement.
The successful candidate will have practical DIY and premises-management skills, good knowledge of health and safety and site security, and the ability to prioritise, work independently and build positive relationships.
