Are you passionate about enabling children and young people to have a voice and make a difference? This is an exciting opportunity to shape and strengthen youth voice and leadership across churches, schools and chaplaincies.
We are seeking a full time or job share, permanent Youth Voice and Young Leaders Development Adviser (5–17) to join us. Working across the Education Department and alongside colleagues in Mission Support and Ministry Development, you will help integrate youth voice in decision‑making at every level – from local settings to diocesan structures.
This role combines strategic leadership and influencing with hands‑on delivery. You will design and implement engaging programmes that build confidence, faith and leadership skills in children and young people, while equipping schools and churches with practical tools, training and resources to listen and respond effectively.
Through collaboration, creativity and a strong commitment to inclusion and safeguarding, you will help foster a culture where children and young people are valued, empowered and recognised as agents of change in their communities.
