Dinny Hall is recruiting for a proactive, customer-focused Luxury Sales Consultant with successful sales experience and a positive, confident approach. Based across our London stores and reporting to the Retail Operations Manager.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills and knowledge of Dinny Hall product and collections' inspirations and stories.
- Confident in styling and advising customers to deliver a luxurious shopping experience.
- Develop loyalty and connections with our customers by building relationships through a 1-2-1 personal shopper style approach to sales.
- Have an awareness of current brand marketing campaigns, social media and emailers, new launches and promotions.
- Actively maximise sales and introduce add-ons and up-sells, keeping customers' needs at the centre of every stage of the process.
- Deal effectively and proactively with all customer enquiries.
- Deliver feedback to the manager on the current trade and share any customer feedback.
- Ensure knowledge of DH omnichannel monthly sales targets.
- Follow all stock management procedures.
- Support the team to maintain the highest standards of housekeeping, hospitality, and visual merchandising within the store.
- Be conversant with selling systems and Company administration procedures.
- Take all actions necessary to maximise security and prevent theft of product.
- Participate in team meetings, trainings and make a positive contribution.
- Smart use of our DH Smart Phone, contributing to the omnichannel way of working, use of WhatsApp selling and a general 360-degree way of thinking.
Qualifications
- Experience within a luxury retail environment.
- Proven selling skills and working against targets.
- A great communicator with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- A genuine interest in Jewellery and Fashion.
- Eager to learn and build on your retail and product knowledge.
- Ability to represent the brand in an appropriate way.
- Be articulate with a good command of both spoken and written English.
- A flexible team player who is always ready to go the extra mile.
- Can demonstrate knowledge and passion for the Dinny Hall brand as well as awareness of brand competitors.
- Jewellery sales experience is a plus.
