The predicted salary is between 12 - 16 £ per hour.

We are seeking a candidate to join our IT and Administration team.

Pay Rate: £12.21 per hr

Hours per week: 37.5 hours

The successful applicant will need to work:

  • Monday 8.00am - 4.30pm
  • Tuesday 8.00am - 4.30pm
  • Thursday 8.00am - 4.30pm
  • Friday 8.00am - 4.30pm

The successful candidate will mainly be working at our Anston surgery but will need to be able to travel between all three sites on a daily basis. A current driving licence and use of a car are essential.

Main duties of the job:

  • To process all requests for insurance reports, travel insurance, foster medical forms, PIP claims and ROADS requests for patient summaries.
  • To prepare copies of patients' records and redact relevant information via the IGPR system for solicitors' requests and Subject Access Requests.
  • To invoice and track payment for the provision of medical reports.
  • To manage the collection and delivery of post and prescriptions from all sites on a daily basis and distribute the post amongst the relevant clinicians.
  • To assist in the monitoring and collation of information for quarter end reports.
  • To set up scheduled tasks for monitoring purposes.
  • To provide administrative support to the wider IT and administrative team.

Dinnington Group Practice is a large busy training practice with the main surgeries at Dinnington and Anston and a smaller branch surgery at Woodsetts. We are part of Rother Valley Primary Care Network. We pride ourselves on our friendly, open working environment.
