We are seeking a Service Crew member who brings warmth, attentiveness, and efficiency to the guest experience.
Job Responsibilities:- Welcome, seat, and serve customers with a friendly attitude.
- Guide customers through the menu, take accurate orders, and make recommendations.
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner.
- Maintain cleanliness of tables and dining area.
- Handle payments and customer inquiries.
- Support opening/closing duties and team operation.
- Prior café, brunch or modern casual dining settings experience preferred.
- Ability to multi-task efficiently while working in fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work flexible hours/shift, including weekends and public holidays.
