Founded in 2013, the brand has grown into a fully integrated coffee roastery, artisanal bakery, and restaurant concept with operations in Hong Kong, Manila, Jakarta Q1 2026, and now Singapore.
Our coffee program is led by an award-winning team, including a champion roaster and other specialty coffee professionals, with a relentless dedication to building a sustainable coffee program. Elephant Grounds focuses on the alchemy of space - design, music, and light - and the impact they have on guests, creating an unmistakable energy and vibe.
We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced Barista to join the coffee and beverage operations of our flagship café outlet. You will play a key role in delivering a consistently high-quality customer experience through your technical coffee skills, service passion, and attention to detail.
Job Responsibilities- Prepare all coffee and beverage according to recipes and standards.
- Support daily operations of the coffee bar, ensuring smooth workflow and cleanliness.
- Provide excellent customer service, engage with guests, and make recommendations.
- Assist in maintaining inventory levels by reporting low stock of coffee, milk, and other supplies.
- Care for and maintain coffee equipment and tools, following cleaning schedules.
- Assist in marketing efforts, including social media promotions and community events.
- Diploma or equivalent (Barista training or certification is an advantage).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in specialty café or similar setting.
- Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and brewing methods; willingness to learn specialty techniques.
- Friendly personality and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain service quality.
- Meticulous attention to quality, consistency, and presentation of all dishes.
- Food Hygiene Certification required.
- Ability to work flexible hours/shift, including weekends and public holidays.
