Overview

An experienced Administrator and Receptionist is required for a busy family run garage located in Wavertree, Liverpool. Must have experience of Windows, Outlook and general office computer systems. Training will be given on MOT Manager, Quickbooks etc.

Responsibilities

  • Be friendly, approachable and helpful. Communicate effectively with suppliers, customers and staff.
  • Use a HiHi telephone system, take bookings for MOTs, servicing and repair work to vehicles.
  • Carry out estimates for repairs and prepare invoices on Quickbooks.
  • Be reliable and a quick learner.
  • This is a part-time, job-sharing role.
