Customer Sales Advisor in Coventry

We require aCustomer Sales Advisorfor a leading Self-Storage company. You will be based on the reception andwork in a friendly team to promote sales alongside other duties.

Hours:

• Full time, 40 hours a weekmaximum
• 5 days a week – in store
• Varied days(Some weekends required)
• Usually 8 hour days
• Earliest start is usually 8am, latest finish is 6pm

Customer Sales Advisor Duties such as:

• Promote rentals of storage units and other options available
• Work to targets toincrease revenue within the store
• Respond to phone and email enquiries (no cold calling)
• Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
• Ensure all Health and Safety procedures are adhered to
• Help keep the store secure, clean and tidy
• Follow company procedures
