We have a rare opportunity as a Store Manager for a reputable self storage company within their North West London stores. You will be responsible for maximising growth and profitability with the store teams, marketing and selling storage space whilst ensuring a safe working environment.

Store Manager Duties such as:
- Manage small teams and carry out personal development meetings
- Motivate, coach and support others to enable them to achieve their best
- Assist with recruitment, training, continual development and ensure fair staff rotas
- Respond effectively to the diverse needs of each customer
- Manage and record all enquiries to provide excellent customer service
- Identify opportunities for increasing storage occupancy and revenue
- Ensure a Marketing Plan is in place to achieve the store financial targets
- Design and carry out marketing and sales activity plans
- Monitor and improve conversion rates and mystery shop scores
- Ensure compliance with company operational and financial procedures
- Ensure all Health & Safety procedures are adhered to and up to date
- Identify any store repair & maintenance issues, report and follow up
- Ensure the store presents itself to a high standard of cleanliness
Hours:
- Full-time, 40 hours a week max.
- 5 days a week
- Occasional weekend availability required
- Earliest start is usually 7.30am, latest finish is 6pm
