We have a rare opportunity as a Store Manager for a reputable self storage company within their North West London stores. You will be responsible for maximising growth and profitability with the store teams, marketing and selling storage space whilst ensuring a safe working environment.

Store Manager Duties such as:

  • Manage small teams and carry out personal development meetings
  • Motivate, coach and support others to enable them to achieve their best
  • Assist with recruitment, training, continual development and ensure fair staff rotas
  • Respond effectively to the diverse needs of each customer
  • Manage and record all enquiries to provide excellent customer service
  • Identify opportunities for increasing storage occupancy and revenue
  • Ensure a Marketing Plan is in place to achieve the store financial targets
  • Design and carry out marketing and sales activity plans
  • Monitor and improve conversion rates and mystery shop scores
  • Ensure compliance with company operational and financial procedures
  • Ensure all Health & Safety procedures are adhered to and up to date
  • Identify any store repair & maintenance issues, report and follow up
  • Ensure the store presents itself to a high standard of cleanliness

Hours:

  • Full-time, 40 hours a week max.
  • 5 days a week
  • Occasional weekend availability required
  • Earliest start is usually 7.30am, latest finish is 6pm
