Responsibilities
- Perform on-site maintenance, fault diagnosis, and repair of AWP/EWP equipment across the North of England region
- Ensure all repairs are carried out efficiently and to the highest standards, maintaining safety protocols at all times
- Manage customer communications effectively, providing clear updates on service progress and timelines
- Conduct equipment inspections and provide detailed reports on service performed and future maintenance recommendations
- Collaborate with the technical support team to resolve complex issues and provide feedback on equipment performance for continuous improvement
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Mobile Service Engineer or in a similar technical role
- Strong mechanical and electrical skills relevant to AWP/EWP systems
- Valid driver's license with willingness to travel throughout the North of England
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines
