Responsibilities
- Conduct maintenance and repairs on AWP/EWP and Material Handling products, both in the field and in the workshop.
- Address warranty issues promptly and communicate effectively regarding any repair limitations.
- Travel as necessary to various sites to support our AWP/EWP customer base throughout the region.
- Provide feedback on product improvements and design changes for Dingli products and services.
Requirements
- Experience as a Service Engineer in the mechanical or related industry.
- A valid driver\’s license and flexibility to travel as required.
- Strong understanding of customer dynamics and the ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.
