About Us

Ten years ago, we launched Dineindulge (dineindulge.co.uk) to make enjoying a private chef experience as convenient and accessible as possible. Today, we offer 28 menus ranging from relaxed sharing buffets to 10‑course tasting menus with wine pairings – each freshly prepared and served by a personal chef in the comfort of a client’s home or rental property.

Building on that success, we introduced Meals (meals.co.uk), a fast‑growing service that redefines in‑home dining with chef‑prepared meals designed for convenience, health, and quality. Our clients include discerning professionals and elite athletes, many with specific nutritional and lifestyle needs.

Our ethos is simple: Keep it simple – Do it well – Make it better – Work together. We’re committed to delivering effortless, memorable food experiences that exceed expectations every time.

The Role

As a Client Care Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients, guiding them through our services and ensuring a seamless, personalised experience. Whether coordinating a private chef event or tailoring meal prep solutions, you’ll play a vital role in making every dining experience exceptional.

You’ll work closely with our Chefs, Food and Logistics Teams to deliver smooth service, solve challenges proactively, and continuously improve our offering. Beyond managing enquiries, a key focus of your role will be building and retaining client relationships – encouraging repeat bookings, strengthening loyalty, and ensuring every interaction reflects the premium quality of our brand.

Hours: 5 days per week (40 hours) across Monday–Saturday (rota shared in advance; some Saturdays required).

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage client enquiries with warmth and professionalism.
  • Coordinate private chef events and meal prep services with chefs and logistics teams.
  • Build strong relationships with high‑profile clients, understanding preferences and dietary needs.
  • Ensure seamless communication and follow‑up, delivering outstanding client satisfaction.
  • Handle challenges with a proactive, solutions‑driven mindset.
  • Keep accurate client records and manage event details in our systems.
  • Collaborate with managers across departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Share feedback with chefs and food teams to enhance menus, service, and guest experiences.
  • Support client retention strategies, identifying opportunities for repeat business and partnerships.

What We’re Looking For

  • A personable, engaging communicator who loves working with people.
  • Background in customer service, hospitality, or luxury client care.
  • Organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Confidence in working with high‑profile clients discreetly and professionally.
  • Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure in a dynamic setting.
  • Positive, proactive approach with a commitment to excellence.
  • Experience managing client interactions and resolving issues effectively.
  • Logical and strategic thinker with sound decision‑making skills.
  • A genuine passion for food and appreciation of quality dining experiences.
  • Willingness to work some weekends as part of a rota.

Training & Development

We’ll provide comprehensive training to give you a deep understanding of our systems, business model, and services. You’ll learn what makes our private chef and meal prep experiences unique, and how to deliver them at the highest standard.

In your first 3–6 months, you’ll:

  • Gain confidence in internal systems and processes.
  • Learn what sets our chef services apart.
  • Receive mentorship from team leads.
  • Take part in cross‑departmental training.
  • Help shape and improve the Client Care department as we grow.

We actively support progression and this role offers a pathway into leadership for those who excel.

What We Offer

  • Clear progression opportunities as the company grows.
  • A chance to work with high‑end clients, including professional athletes.
  • Supportive, collaborative team culture.
  • Flexible working arrangements.
  • Regular team treats, social events, and opportunities to trial our chef services.
  • Employee Assistance Programme.
