The Role
We’re bringing our SEO and paid marketing in-house and looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to own this area. You’ll spend around three days a week on performance marketing (SEO, PPC, analytics, testing) and the remaining time on broader marketing activity such as email campaigns, referral programmes, and seasonal activations.
This is an exciting opportunity to take over from agencies, shape our growth strategy, and work closely with the wider marketing team.
What You\’ll Do
- Lead our SEO strategy and implementation – keyword research, on-page optimisation, technical improvements, and monitoring performance.
- Manage and optimise all paid activity (primarily Google Ads, with testing across social/other channels).
- Own campaign reporting and insights, using GA4 and related tools to measure ROI and drive improvements.
- Contribute to wider marketing: email campaigns, HubSpot workflows, referral programmes, and seasonal campaigns throughout the year.
- Manage budgets, allocate spend effectively, and ensure campaigns meet commercial goals.
- Stay ahead of trends, test new approaches, and continuously improve performance.
What We\’re Looking For:
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience in SEO and PPC campaign management with proven results.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, GA4, and HubSpot (or similar CRM/automation tools).
- Strong analytical skills and a data-led approach to optimisation.
- Experience running email and referral campaigns alongside performance channels.
- A creative, proactive marketer who thrives in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.
