Overview
At &Dine, we're building a community of foodies and the UK's most exciting independent Makers, bringing brilliant food into the workplaces that care about how their teams eat, connect and celebrate. We're looking for a Maker Success Manager to optimise our Makers' performance and improve their offering. You'll get to know our Maker community inside out, learning what a great Maker and menu look like, focusing your energy on helping them grow with &Dine. The Maker Success Manager will work side by side with our Head of Operations, offering a fantastic learning opportunity. You'll also work closely with our sales and account management teams with access to rich data, to understand which Makers and menus land best with our customers, and why.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the completeness of every Maker menu. Work closely with Makers to ensure menus are accessible to all, covering options for the full range of allergens, dietary requirements and serving formats (platters, individual bowls, sides and finger food), so every &Dine client order can be fulfilled confidently with their menus.
- Build and manage seasonal menu planning. Partner with Makers to develop menus tied to seasonal occasions and key calendar moments, keeping the &Dine offer fresh, relevant and compelling throughout the year.
- Identify and close menu gaps. Proactively audit the Maker community to spot missing cuisines, formats or dietary coverage, then work with existing or new Makers to fill them, supporting &Dine’s growth.
- Use data to uncover growth opportunities. Analyse order patterns, customer preferences and Maker performance to surface actionable insights that help individual Makers grow and help &Dine build a stronger, more diverse supply community.
- Be the primary point of contact for Maker success. Build trusted, ongoing relationships with Makers, providing guidance, feedback and support that helps them thrive on the platform and deliver consistently brilliant food to &Dine clients.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
- 3+ years experience in the hospitality industry is a must, at restaurant, QSR or catering level
- Strong understanding of how menus are built and developed, and what it takes to prepare and deliver food at scale
- A natural relationship builder who's credible and genuinely curious about food, its quality, presentation and experience
- Comfortable using data to coach Makers and make commercial decisions
- Passion for independent food businesses and knowledge of the London food scene
The type of person we're looking for
- A coach at heart. You enjoy giving feedback, you can be direct without being harsh, and you genuinely want the Makers you work with to succeed.
- Operationally minded. You think in systems and processes, and you're happiest when something messy gets cleaned up and runs smoothly.
- Confident with data. You don't need to be a Sheets wizard, but you should be comfortable pulling a number, spotting a trend, and using it to back up a recommendation both internally and externally.
- High standards. You notice when a photo is poor, when key info is missing, when a price looks off, and you do something about it.
- Commercially minded. You understand that quality menus drive sales, and you connect what you're doing back to growth for both Makers and &Dine.
- Calm under pressure. You can have a hard conversation with a Maker, hold the line on standards, and keep the relationship warm.
