Description: At &Dine, we’re building a community of foodies, connecting authentic and talented food makers to customers who are hungry for better food delivered. We’re looking for an Inbound Sales Executive to qualify and manage our inbound leads, as we expand our growth across London. The ideal candidate will be responsible for owning an inbound pipeline, ensuring leads are quickly and efficiently responded to, aiming to nurture the account to order multiple times in their first 90 days, making &Dine part of their company rituals. The Inbound Sales Executive will work side by side with our Head Of Sales, so there’s a fantastic learning opportunity and you’ll have a lot of responsibility from day 1.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to all inbound sales inquiries via phone and email
- Qualify leads by understanding their business needs and requirements
- Follow up on warm leads to keep them engaged and guide them through the next steps to close deals
- Nurture client relationships to ensure they become more comfortable with using &Dine regularly
- Provide diligent insight to Sales Managers for accounts that are to be handed over
- Input and maintain lead information in our CRM (hubspot), ensuring data and tagging accuracy
- Prepare and send proposals following client requests
- Provide feedback from inbound prospects to the sales and marketing teams to help improve messaging, FAQs, and lead capture processes
Skills, Knowledge And Experience:
- 2+ years experience in sales
- Great people skills - you know how to build and maintain strong relationships
- Ability to manage multiple tasks at once
- Demonstrate ability to communicate and present our product with confidence of the market and our USP
- Excellent listening skills, turning briefs into action
- Clearly and confidently communicate with customers
