We currently have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Hospitality Manager to join our dedicated Dine team in a premium corporate environment offering a high-end premium service with a focus on the look and feel of the hospitality offer.
More about the role:- To manage and maintain all Hospitality areas, ensuring the working environment for the Hospitality team is clean and meets Health and Safety legislation.
- Assist General Manager where necessary.
- Ensure that methods of food preparation, production, presentation and service comply with Dine’s standards and procedures and meet the qualitative terms of the function/event.
- To manage and control staff levels, under the guidance of General Catering Manager, while ensuring budgetary requirements are met.
- To ensure that all functions are managed in line with clients and company’s expectations.
- Previous management experience in a Food Service, Contract Catering or Hospitality environment.
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment managing a team as well as supporting the catering, hospitality and events.
- Good communication skills in order to be able to liaise with a wide range of team members and customers within your work environment.
- Customer service focused.
- Team player and can-do attitude.
- Self-motivated and able to use own initiative.
- Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining a positive attitude.
