Monday – Friday 7am to 3.30pm

We are looking for a confident, friendly, and hardworking individual to take full ownership of our café, treating it as if it were their own. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about food, service, and community, with the autonomy to make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Opening and closing the café independently
- Preparing small breakfasts and snack items (basic cooking skills required)
- Delivering exceptional customer service – always with a smile
- Handling daily administration duties and managing stock/orders
- Identifying opportunities to increase and maximise income
- Communicating effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal teams
- Maintaining a clean, welcoming and safe café environment
Ideal Candidate
We\’re looking for someone who is:
- Confident and able to work independently – especially when lone working
- Friendly and approachable, creating a warm and welcoming space for all
- Hardworking and responsible, ready to take ownership of the café
- Has basic food prep and cooking skills
- A strong communicator with good administrative and organisational abilities
- Driven to spot opportunities and maximise café potential
- Experienced in delivering excellent customer service as a top priority
