For our location in Werder (Havel) or London, we are looking for dedicated team players who actively support our logistics processes. As an EU Outbound Logistics Manager (m/f/d), you ensure that our customers receive their goods reliably and on time, making a key contribution to our success. Your Responsibilities as EU Outbound Logistics Manager (m/f/d):
- Daily monitoring of outbound shipping processes at fulfillment centers in the United Kingdom and Europe.
- Monitoring daily delivery performance across various marketplaces and carriers to ensure shipments are executed on time and meet marketplace delivery requirements.
- Responsibility for the operational performance of Amazon Seller Fulfilled Prime (SFP), including monitoring and maintaining relevant metrics.
- Close collaboration with fulfillment center teams to implement operational processes ensuring that warehouse operations comply with Amazon Prime standards.
- Management of Amazon Seller Flex processes for large and bulky shipments to ensure operational readiness and performance requirements are met.
- Daily monitoring of carrier performance across all outbound partners and identifying operational improvements if delivery performance falls short of expectations.
- Planning and managing carrier pick-up schedules based on forecasted shipping volumes across monthly, weekly, and daily planning cycles.
- Coordination with fulfillment centers and internal teams to ensure smooth and aligned outbound shipping processes.
- Supporting and monitoring integrations between shipping platforms (e.g., Sendcloud) and internal warehouse management systems to ensure seamless daily shipping operations.
- Identifying operational issues affecting outbound shipments and coordinating with carrier partners and internal teams to resolve them quickly.
- Supporting operational readiness for new marketplace launches and for expanding outbound processes into additional European regions.

- Valid tracking rate
- On-time delivery performance
- Buy Shipping usage
- Carrier pick-up accuracy
- Delivery performance metrics across all supported marketplaces
- Prime badge eligibility
To be successful in this role, you need a combination of professional expertise and the ability to understand the business holistically:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in logistics operations, e-commerce fulfillment, transportation management, or supply chain operations.
- Strong understanding of parcel carrier operations and last-mile logistics across the UK and European markets.
- Experience in e-commerce fulfillment environments that support marketplace shipping requirements.
- Familiarity with Amazon operational programs such as Seller Fulfilled Prime and the associated performance standards.
- Experience working with shipping software platforms and warehouse management systems used in daily fulfillment operations.
- Strong ability to monitor operational KPIs and identify improvements that increase delivery reliability.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with fulfillment center teams, carrier partners, and cross-functional internal teams.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple operational priorities in a fast-paced logistics environment.
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to independently resolve operational issues affecting shipments.
- Confident German and English language skills and enthusiasm for working in an international team.
